Easy Pumpkin Bars

2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 15 oz can pumpkin

Mix well.  Pour into greased 10 x 15 cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.  Frost when cooled.  


Frosting

2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
1 TBs milk
1 Tbs vanilla

Spread over cooled pumpkin bars, then refrigerate.
