Avocado Pico de Gallo

  • 2 medium ripe avocados, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo chile, chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup(s) (loosely packed) fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
Yummy!!

Leave in avocado pits to keep the avocado from getting brown!
