Carrot Muffins

1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp pumpkin spice*
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup yogurt
4 T butter
1 egg
2 cups shredded carrot

Mix and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.  If frozen bake for 30 minutes.  

*pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
